Once you have selected your favorite products, you must select the Pick up Point located in the PNH-DFS DEPARTURE SHOP (S02PP) or PNH-DFS ARRIVAL SHOP store from the departure/arrival area of terminal 1 in the Phnom Penh International Airport. To finalize your Reserve & Collect order, you can ask for assistance from any store employee, pay for your order, and enjoy your new items on your next trip.
All Pick up Points are located within our Duty Free stores in the airport. That way, if you forgot to pick up an item, you always have the option to make additional purchases at the airport stores. Also, remember that your online order will be available up to two hours before boarding for your next destination.
